This site does not run marketing analytics pixels. We use a small set of technologies so the site works, so you can book through OwnerRez, and (only if you opt in) so we can monitor errors.

Your preference is stored in your browser under the key sandy-cookie-consent (localStorage) so the banner does not keep reappearing.

Essential — site & booking

• Consent preference — localStorage record of whether you chose “Essential only” or “Accept all.”
• OwnerRez widgets — calendar, booking, and inquiry embeds load OwnerRez's script from https://app.ownerrez.com/widget.js and may set cookies or use storage on OwnerRez's domain so availability and booking forms work. These are treated as functional / essential for the booking features on this site; they are not gated behind the optional “Accept all” choice. See OwnerRez's Privacy Policy.
• Stripe (if used) — if you complete a direct Stripe checkout on this site, Stripe may set cookies on its own domain to process payment securely.

Optional — error monitoring

If monitoring is configured and you choose Accept all, Sentry may run in your browser for error and performance monitoring (including limited session replay). If you choose Essential only, that optional client monitoring stays off.
